Who we are

About Jiangsu Xinzhonglei
Steel Technology

A clad steel and stainless steel supplier based in Wuxi, Jiangsu — the centre of China's stainless steel distribution trade. We supply corrosion-resistant steel solutions to fabricators, EPC contractors and stockists, with a particular focus on the Thai and wider ASEAN market.

What we do

We sell the alloy saving,
not just the steel.

Any trader can quote you a price per tonne. The value we add is in the specification: working out which part of your equipment actually needs corrosion-resistant alloy, which part does not, and how to join the two so the result outlasts the design life.

That is why our product range runs from 1 mm of 304 on a carbon steel tank shell to 6 mm of C-276 on a pressure vessel in mixed acid service — and why we will cheerfully talk you out of the expensive option when the cheap one is correct.

Why buyers stay

Six things that make
an overseas order easier

Buying steel across a border is mostly a paperwork and communication exercise. These are the places where that usually goes wrong, and what we do about them.

01
Specification help before you quote your client
Send us the tender documents and we will tell you which grade and thickness combination to carry, and where the risk sits. No charge, no obligation.
02
Answers within one working day
Technical questions, weight calculations, drawings and pricing. You will not be waiting three days for a reply while your client waits for theirs.
03
Documents that clear customs
Form E / RCEP certificates of origin, mill test certificates, inspection releases and packing lists prepared to your buyer's requirement, not to a generic template.
04
Mixed orders, one shipment
Clad plate, clad pipe, stainless pipe, fittings and flanges consolidated into one container against one set of documents. Fewer clearances, less freight.
05
Packing built for the tropics
Moisture barrier, VCI film, desiccant and sea-worthy crating specified for a voyage to Southeast Asia rather than a domestic truck run.
06
A named contact, not a ticketing system
One sales manager handles your account from inquiry to delivery, on WeChat or WhatsApp if that is easier than email.
Logistics

Packing & shipping

Steel arrives damaged for predictable reasons: condensation inside the container, edges chafing against straps, and unprotected polished surfaces. All three are engineering problems with engineering answers.

Plate & sheet
Bundles strapped with steel banding, timber edge protection on all four edges, and separators between sheets on polished or coloured finishes.
Pipe & tube
Hexagonal or square bundles with end caps for bevelled ends, internal wooden spacers, and lift points marked. U-bent tube crated individually.
Moisture barrier
VCI film wrap and desiccant for container shipments crossing the tropics, plus container floor lining where the project requires extended storage on site.
Marking
Heat number, grade, size and plate number stencilled or stamped as your specification requires, plus shipping marks to your instruction.

Buying questions

Frequently asked

It depends on the product. For clad plate and clad pipe, production is normally organised by batch, so a single plate or a few pipe lengths can usually be accommodated — the economics improve quickly once you are filling a container. For standard stainless materials we can supply from stock in small quantities. Tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about whether it is practical.
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we get. Plate, pipe, tube, fittings and flanges in different grades can be consolidated into a single container against one set of export documents. It reduces freight cost and means one customs clearance instead of four.
T/T with a deposit and balance against the bill of lading copy, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight through your bank. For new customers we normally start with T/T or L/C; for repeat customers we can be more flexible. All terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.
On FOB terms, risk transfers when the goods are loaded on board at the Chinese port. On CIF terms we arrange and pay for freight and insurance to your destination port, and the insurance certificate is issued in your name. We will quote both so you can compare against your own freight forwarder.
That is most of what we do. Non-standard thickness combinations, multi-layer construction, specific cladding grades, special surface finishes, U-bent tube, prefabricated spools to isometrics — send us the requirement and we will confirm feasibility and lead time before you commit.
Yes. We provide recommended welding procedures, handling and storage guidance, and we will answer fabrication questions from your shop or your client's fabricator. If something does not match the certificate, tell us and we will deal with it.
